Drying time refers to the time required for the preservative to fully penetrate the wood surface and dry. The ideal drying time ensures that the preservative provides maximum protection of the wood against moisture, mold, insects and UV rays. Therefore, waiting for the preservative to dry completely is very important to preserve the durability and aesthetics of the wood.
Dust hold dry-time is between 40-60 minutes.
Touching dry-time is between 90-120minutes.
Sanding dry-time and overcoat application time are between 3-4 hours.
Stacking dry-time (curing) is 24-36 hours.
